Healthy Choice® All-Purpose Flour with Ultragrain® T1 & T2


Premium-quality flour blends that combine Ultragrain with refined flour. T1 offers a seamless 1:1 replacement for traditional white flour with 30% Ultragrain and 70% refined flour. T2 provides a higher inclusion of whole grain nutrition with 55% Ultragrain and 45% refined flour. Breads, pizza dough, tortillas, cookies, batters and breadings, pancakes and waffles, bagels, cakes and pastries, and snacks.

Stone Ground Hard Whole Wheat

Sustagrain® - the Ultra-High Fiber Whole Grain


A proprietary identity-preserved barley variety that is low in starch and high in soluble and total dietary fiber, with three times the fiber of oats. Available in fine flour and quick flakes. Breads, hot and RTE cereals, baked goods, energy bars, soups, pastas, tortillas and wraps, beverages and nutraceuticals.

Rye Meal Pumpernickel


Premium-quality flour milled from cleaned, sound, scoured rye. Well suited for use in specialty applications such as pumpernickel and multigrain products.
